017 - Being Here and Now
Relaxation should become a routine.  Make yourself
light and natural by stripping off all the weights in your
mind.  With these weights, your transformation is
impossible.  Sometimes you may forget to strip off
the weights in your mind.  Do not blame yourself.  
Keep in mind that you cannot be aware 24 hours a
day.  It is natural to forget your awareness, but you
should realize when you have forgotten.

When you are working, concentrate on your work.  
This is your present moment.  When you are doing
nothing, feel your weightlessness and be yourself.  
You are in the “now.”  When you get lost in your
thoughts, once you realize it you are at the present.  It
is easy to get lost in either the past or the future.  Just
remain here and now.  Do not expect any
transformation, and you will be transformed.
