004 - Changing Your Mood
If you feel bad and are aware of it, switch
your activities to change your mood.  
Exercise is an excellent way to bring your
mind back to its “original state.”  Both
body and mind are important; you cannot
throw away either one.  Just 10 minutes of
running can help refresh your mind.  As
you run, let everything go.  Release the
pressure within you, and spread it out
around you.
