003 - Catching Thoughts
If you find that you lose awareness and
become distracted by your thoughts, do not
feel guilty.  This is a natural response of
your brain; thoughts come and go.  Do not
fret with your thoughts, but simply go back
to the beginning, before the thoughts.  You
have the power to consciously catch each
thought as it appears, and you can decide
whether to keep or drop it.  If the thought is
about something to be done, then do it as
long as your action doesn’t harm others or
yourself.  Maintain only the positive
thoughts.  Drop any thoughts that bring
fear, anger, or ego.
