001 - Being Aware and Alert
Meditation just means letting go and growing
with the flow. When you are happy or in love,
your mind is naturally in a meditative state. As
human beings, we have a natural state of
awareness. Just perform a mundane task like
walking (or even sitting and doing nothing), and
focus on being aware and alert. With enough
practice, your concentration and awareness will
last longer. With every action you take, try to be
conscious of what you are doing and remain in
the present moment, not getting lost in your
thoughts or in the past.
